**** PUBLIC NOTICE OF THANKS ****
To the person or persons who were at the Walmart Super Center located at 2911 53rd Ave. E., Bradenton, FL., and kindly assisted my husband. Thank You for your compassionate jesture while aiding him during the late afternoon hour of 16:42:41 at the checkout.( before, during, or after his transaction)
PLEASE read on to find out what happened:
My husband had a 9 item list of items to purchase but realizing he wasn't feeling 'right' he decided ...not to pick up the remaining 2 items on the list and get to the checkout. He is a diabetic and he realized the beginning warning of a 'sugar crash', so grabbed a small bunch of mini bananas to eat in the car. When he reached the checkout he was no longer aware of his suroundings or why he was there or what he was supposed to do. His groceries were rung up( we have a receipt) but he has no idea how or why! Once he arrived home( the bananas had successfully elevated his sugar to drive) he relayed the happening, or what he could remember of it. He thought perhaps he had left hurriedly and not paid for his items! No receipt was in the bags , but upon searching his pockets he found the crumpled receipt. When I looked at the receipt I asked why he had payed cash( ALWAYS uses debit card) He said he couldn't have paid cash because all he had on him was small change in his pocket. The receipt not only said a cash sale of $9.30, but amount tended was $20.00 with change back of $10.70.
He has absolutely NO RECALL of what happened but we MUST assume someome had paid for his grocery items. PLEASE know that I thank you from the bottom of my heart and if you contact me here on Facebook, we will gladly reimburse you for your jesture of kindness and compassion. THANK YOU and GOD BLESS YOU !
